I order a special order papa nachos online to be picked up at 11:05am. I placed the order at 10:30 and it was not ready until 11:20 & then it was wrong I order papa nachos add lettuce & tomato was charged for it but yet didn't get it. I was on my lunch break & their was only 3 other customers so they had time to get right especially since it wasn't ready.

I came here from chicago to celebrate a graduation.The food was okay but nothing special because it needs more flavor.They were short staffed so it made the service below par. The part i was really was dissatisfied with is that are no free refills and they charge $4.00 for drinks. I will not return. **Update to Reply I was being generous giving out 3 stars but seeing how defensive your are instead of trying to improve yourselves. When I was there I only saw two people waiting tables. The service was very slow and it wasn't any busy at all. It even took forever to even get silverware. When our table asked for refill to go the waiter literally showed that we are not able to take refills to go on the menu. In addition to even accuse our table of not tipping the server is ridiculous because tipped him 15% in cash and handed him the tip in person. Your establishment is very unprofessional. Please do better.

Yeah the restaurant is great, but let me tell you about the catering. They don’t do this a lot and they are set up for dine in. However, if you are feeding a small crowd (10-20) can they put on a nice catering. I ordered for 12 got 36 tacos (mixed to specification) with pans of beans, rice, bags of chips, salsas, toppings. Wow, really top notch. For 12 people paid $144 plus tax. I’m really pleased with the quality. There was a hiccough where the front staff wasn’t aware of the order but staff figured it out quickly (keep your receipt). I’m sure I’ll do this again! Pics show just part of the spread. Lots of fresh limes, onions cilantro. Salsa in individual little personal portions. They really know how to set this up. Plenty of food, by the way, be need to over order, the quantities are generous. This was a special event in the office. Staff is really happy. Be sure to order at least a day ahead! I ordered Monday. You’ll prepay. Only fair.

Just OK. While we were shopping nearby, a store owner recommended Cozumel. Just passing through town, sounded good. Pretty uneventful though. Menus were trashed, even hard to turn pages as the lamination was coming apart so bad. Took a while for the server to come back to take our order after delivering (4 dollar!) Diet Pepsis. Everything just seemed underseasoned and boring. Our daughters tacos had less meat than Taco Bell. Also took a long time to get our check even though we were clearly done. Even then, they have no payment booklets so we weren't sure if we were supposed to pay on the way out or not. Last, our server offered 2 more drinks to go. At 4 bucks a pop, you bet your butt we want one to go, but it never showed. We finally just saw ourselves to the door. Not terrible, just very ordinary. Won't be going back if we are in the area

Update from my last order 2 weeks ago. I placed the order at a more decent time. It arrived in a timely manner. You get a good amount of food for the price. So I am happy. Just know they do get busy... Review from 2 weeks ago... It took an hour for my food to get cooked. I did enjoy it and I got a decent amount for what I ordered. Steak and Chicken fajitas. So no complaints. Just be prepared to wait during peak times.
